The $30 booking deposit is deducted from your final transport price. It is non-refundable if you cancel a confirmed booking, or if collection cannot proceed because the item or pickup person is unavailable after you confirmed they were ready.

If Ute & Trailer Co. cancels or cannot provide the agreed service, the deposit will be refunded. Any rights you have under New Zealand consumer law still apply.
